Primary Eyecare Network Adds Weave to Vendor Panel
PEN members receive discount pricing on installation and monthly fee of communications platform

 

ALAMEDA, Calif. (August 27, 2018) – Primary Eyecare Network (PEN), a division of ABB OPTICAL GROUP, announced that it has added Weave to its vendor panel. Weave, a tool that combines multiple communication streams into one platform, is now offering PEN members special pricing on installation and its overall monthly fee.

Weave combines multiple communication systems to help make managing a practice more seamless. Weave’s VoIP phone service integrates with Weave’s software and an office’s practice management system, making patient communication more efficient and helpful. Weave provides various features including:

  • team chat, a HIPPA compliant internal communication tool for practices;
  • smart pop-up notifications, which give access to patient information and updates when they call; and
  • appointment reminders and notifications that are personalized for each patient and are automatically sent when scheduled.
