About returning products to ABB CONCISE:

Return Products to ABB CONCISE
First, order replacement product with ABB CONCISE. Then return product with a copy of the original invoice. State the reason for the return in the area provided on the ABB invoice. All unopened exchanges and inventory adjustments will be subject to a $3.00 processing fee per product.

Please note returning products shipped under a free shipping promotion, will result in charge back of the free shipping on orders placed via yourlens.com.

Return Packaging
Product must be returned in a box to avoid damage. Products received in envelopes will not receive credit. Vial lens must be returned in the original vial and the vial must be sealed to prevent the solution from leaking during shipment. (No flat packs) Products received with improper packaging will be returned and shipping charges incurred.

Recommended Return Ship Method
Ship method must be traceable. The following couriers use traceable ship methods: UPS, Certified Mail, FedEx, or Airborne. Credit will be issued when product is received. ABB CONCISE is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
