Your team will ease you into ABB CONCISE, introduce you to key people, show you where and how to access all the information you need and give you some goals to get you started.

You will meet with your manager regularly to discuss progress and any concerns you have with ongoing development.  Even after your Introductory Period is over, professional development continues. We value the chance to gain regular feedback regarding your performance and discuss your future ambitions.

Employee Voice

Do you want to know that you have a voice?  Does direct communication to the executive team matter to you?  At ABB CONCISE we value ALL voices.  We have Town Hall Meetings, Employee Surveys, suggestion vehicles and open doors at all times.  We have a company-wide committee that is represented by employees.  They meet to share ideas, needs, and feedback from their departments and colleagues.  Every year, the Culture Committee, along with the executive team, will select a specific employee initiative or program to implement.  There is always an executive member present to hear the message, foster dialogue and promote change.
